We are so excited that Connecting Healthcare + Social Media is nearly here. Below are last-minute details to ease registration and information about our Wednesday night meet-up.

Registration
Registration starts at 7:30 am on Thursday May 17th. There will be a light breakfast on site during registration. We kick off the conference at 8:45am. The most up-to-date Agenda is on this website. You can download a PDF there as well.

Location
The conference is taking place at Roosevelt Hospital located at:
1000 Tenth Avenue (at 59th Street) - 2nd Floor Conference Center
New York, NY 10019

Directions are available on the Travel page as well as parking suggestions if you’re driving.

Dress Code
Business casual, relaxed.

Wednesday Meet-up at 6:30 PM
If you’ll be in town on Wednesday, join us for an informal gathering at the Hudson Hotel located at 356 West 58th Street, between 8th and 9th Aves (closer to 9th Ave) starting at 6:30.  We’ll meet at the outdoor Sky Terrace Bar on the 15th Floor. We have a reservation under NYCHBL. If it is raining, we’ll meet in The Library bar instead. RSVP to info@nychbl.com if you plan to attend.
